3E MACHINERY의 단일축 분쇄기(WT48150/WT48200/WT48250)는 널리 사용되는 재활용 기계 유형입니다. 플라스틱, 종이, 목재, 섬유, 고무, 유기 폐기물 및 비금속 재료에 널리 사용되는 이상적인 기계입니다. 이는 나사로 고정된 사각형 블레이드가 있는 단일 솔리드 샤프트로 구성됩니다. 이 샤프트는 모델에 따라 약 74-83RPM으로 회전하며 이 블레이드는 절단 챔버 바닥에 있는 베드나이프를 통과합니다. 유압 램이 분쇄기의 샤프트에 대해 재료를 지속적으로 눌러 지속적인 절단을 보장합니다. 이는 거의 항상 재료를 추가로 파쇄하기 위해 절단 챔버에 재료를 유지하는 스크린과 함께 사용됩니다. 그리고 단일 샤프트 분쇄기의 표준 절단은 25-40mm입니다. 예를 들어, 각 고객 및 프로젝트 요구 사항에 필요한 기계의 크기는 재료의 초기 크기, 용량 및 최종 출력 크기 등에 따라 달라집니다.
